Error: Update Account cancelled or aborted

When you have an account that is asking for a password, security question or code, you will need to update the information manually.

1.Select client

2.Select bank

3.Select “Summary Page” (pie chart) icon

4.Above the bank balance locate and click “Refresh” (spinning arrow) icon

5.Follow the prompts given by the bank (typically a request for an authorization code to be sent to your client from a list of authorized numbers or emails, or to answer a security question.) )
