Did you know that Ledgersync offers assistance setting up your clients*?  If you need help connecting your clients to Ledgersync, reach out to our support team and we can make the connections for you. All we will need is a list of the clients with their contact information and for you to provide a brief introduction (via email or call) so they will be expecting us. 

During our screen sharing setup call, we will help educate your clients on the best practices for maintaining secure bank connections as well as what steps to follow when a connection needs to be updated and/or reconnected. Once we have completed our training with your client and assisted with a bank connection, Ledgersync will send you an email notification of the completed task and generate an on-boarding charge to your account.

 

 

 

 

*A $10.00 per client fee with be charged to your account.
