Error Message:Personal information needs to be updated on the Bank Web site
Explanation: It simply means that Ledgersync can not proceed and connect to the bank's web site because the "BANK" web site is forcing the account owner to update specific information on their web site. In fact, if the account owner logged into the bank, they themselves would not be able to proceed since the bank is forcing the account owner to update information on their web site.
Fix: The Fix for this is that the account owner must log into the Bank Account and simply update the information as the Bank is not allowing Ledersync nor the Account Owner to proceed without updating this information on the bank's web site.
