Error Message: Account has been locked please contact [email protected]
Explanation: Ledgersync has a security method in place in which if a person tries 3x to connect to Ledgersync with an invalid password, the software will lock the Ledgersync account. The end user will need to contact Ledgersync and ask to be released. We do this because Ledgersync wants to be positive and sure that there was no false entry.
Fix: Contact Ledgersync support at [email protected] and ask for the account to be unlocked.
If you don't remember your password, then you'll have to reset the password.
