Error: Site is unavailable, try again later

Explanation: Most of the time when this error appears it's a technical issue on the Ledgersync side. It is something that we need to fix. In some occasions, it really does mean that the site was unavailable when we tried to run the extractor.

Fix:

Execute a manual update:

1.Select client
2.Select bank
3.Select “summary page” (pie chart) icon
4.Select “refresh” (spinning arrow) icon

If you still receive this error, it means that we have a technical issue that we need to fix on our end.
